Workshops & Group
Healing in community
Sometimes the most powerful shifts happen when we learn from each other, witness each other, and recognize ourselves in one another’s stories. Workshops and groups, in-person or virtually.
How These Spaces Work
Psychoeducation, reflection, real conversation
Whether you’re an organization, a workplace team, a community group, or a collection of people connected by shared identities, interests, or goals, these offerings are designed to meet you where you are. Each session draws on psychoeducation, reflective practice, and real conversation — and depending on the nature of the workshop or group, may incorporate modalities such as somatic experiencing or parts work (IFS). Approaches are always curated to fit the needs and context of the group. All workshops are available in-person or virtually.
Hacking Your Executive Functioning
A practical, skills-based workshop
For anyone navigating ADHD, burnout recovery, or chronic cycles of overwhelm. Learn to work with your brain — not against it — by mastering the core variables that shape how we function: expectations, capacity, time, and motivation.
Counselling 101
A judgment-free introduction to therapy
For individuals and communities curious about counselling. We explore different therapeutic modalities, what to look for in a therapist, and how to find the right fit — with space for any questions you’ve always wanted to ask.
Recovering from Burnout
For activists, advocates, and organizers
For anyone whose sense of self is deeply tied to their work. This workshop explores what burnout, compassion fatigue, and hopelessness look like in high-commitment contexts — and how to build the internal capacity to sustain what matters to you, long-term.
Oldest Daughters Process Group
An 8-week closed group
For oldest daughters navigating parentification, people-pleasing, hypervigilance, and identity. Each week builds on the last — creating real continuity, depth, and connection among those who carried too much, too soon.
ADHD in the Therapy Space
A professional development workshop for clinicians
For therapists working with ADHD clients. We explore neuro-affirming clinical practice, how ADHD intersects with trauma and masking, and how to adapt therapeutic approaches for neurodivergent nervous systems — including an honest look at the unique challenges for clinicians who are themselves navigating ADHD.
Don’t see exactly what your group needs? Reach out — consultations are always welcome, and I’m happy to collaborate on designing a workshop tailored to your organization, community, or focus area.
