Individual Counselling

One-on-one therapy

A confidential space to process, reflect, and move forward with support. Individual counselling is a personalized journey — we begin with what brings you in and move at a pace that honours your nervous system. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, working through difficult experiences, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, this is a space to do that work. Fifty-minute sessions, available in-person (Burnaby) or virtually anywhere in BC.

Relationship Counselling

For partners, friends, or family pairs

For two people — partners, close friends, or family members — working through patterns, repair, communication, or change. Relationship counselling is about the space between you: the shared language, the tender places, and the dynamics worth naming together. Sessions are structured to give each person room to speak and be heard, with practical tools woven through. Available in-person or virtually.

Family Counselling

Three or more, working as a system

For families of three or more navigating transitions, conflict, grief, or the work of deepening connection across generations. Family counselling treats the whole system — not just one person’s symptoms — and creates space for each voice to be heard while the larger patterns come into view. Particularly useful for bi-cultural families navigating intergenerational dynamics, identity, and the work of living between worlds.

Group Therapy

ADHD & Oldest Daughter support groups

Therapeutic groups for people with shared experiences — currently including an ADHD support group and an Oldest Daughter support group. These are small, closed groups that build over time: real continuity, real depth, and the particular healing that happens when you’re in a room with people who get it. Sessions alternate between psychoeducation, reflective practice, and open conversation.

Workshops

Community & skill-based offerings

Single-session and multi-week workshops for organizations, workplace teams, and community groups. Topics include ADHD & the BIPOC experience, Navigating ADHD, Social Justice Activism Burnout, Burnout Recovery, and Counselling 101 — first steps into therapy.
